On May 6, 2020, Bone McAllester Norton attorney Stephen Zralek moderated a virtual panel titled “Trial By Zoom,” hosted by the Nashville Bar Association. Featuring both Chancellor Lyle and Chancellor Martin, the panel discussed how the Chancery Court in Nashville is utilizing technology in the courtroom during the pandemic, including hearing motions, injunction hearings and bench trials via phone and video-conference. Speakers shared advice on how best to prepare for these virtual hearings, and how to prepare your clients.
