Bone McAllester Norton Attorneys Named 2018 Mid-South Super Lawyers and Rising Stars
Bone McAllester Norton PLLC is proud to announce 10 of the firm’s attorneys were named 2018 Mid-South Super Lawyers, and two of the firm’s attorneys were named Mid-South Rising Stars.
The firm’s President and CEO, Charles Robert Bone, was recognized for his work in the mergers and acquisitions practice area, and Founder and Vice Chairman Sam McAllester was recognized for his work in banking law. Additionally, attorneys David Anthony, John Branham, James Crumlin, Sharon Jacobs, Edward Yarbrough and Stephen Zralek were recognized for their respective practice areas. Former Bone McAllester Norton attorneys, Nashville Mayor David Briley and Chancellor Anne Martin, were also included.
Raquel Bellamy and Emily Mack were named Rising Stars, an award honoring attorneys under 40 years old and in practice for less than 10 years. Bellamy focuses her practice on immigration law and Mack focuses her practice on labor and employment, education law and victim's rights.

Charles Robert Bone is the firm’s president and CEO. He serves as general counsel for the Convention Center Authority of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.
Sam McAllester, III is a founder and vice chairman of the firm. For more than 40 years, he has represented banks, financial institutions and other lenders. He also represents his clients in the enforcement and collection of loans and realization against all types of collateral through workouts, restructures, bankruptcies, repossessions and foreclosures. He has been listed in Super Lawyers since 2008.
David Anthony represents banks, businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and lien litigation. He routinely appears in state, federal and bankruptcy courts throughout Tennessee.
John Branham is a civil trial lawyer whose practice focuses on business litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. His trial experience includes insurance defense and legal malpractice defense.
James Crumlin concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, business and corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, and entertainment and media law.
Sharon Jacobs focus her practice in the areas of environmental and administrative law. Edward Yarbrough a former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, has been a successful trial lawyer in Nashville for more than 40 years. Today, he focuses his practice on defending major criminal cases. He also helps clients with government investigations, personal injury, dispute resolution and civil litigation for plaintiffs and defendants. He has been listed in Super Lawyers since 2008.
Stephen Zralek is a commercial litigator who focuses on intellectual property, business and entertainment disputes. Raquel Bellamy is a dedicated advocate with a wide range of experience in civil and criminal litigation. She advises clients concerning business, entertainment and employment disputes. Emily Mack focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment, education law and victim's rights.
