Bone McAllester Norton Attorneys Speak at the Tennessee Bar Association’s Ethics and Professionalism in Elections Program
Veteran litigators Stephen Zralek and Paz Haynes, both Members at Nashville law firm Bone McAllester Norton PLLC, recently spoke on “The Ethical Campaign,” a CLE sponsored by the Tennessee Bar Association. Stephen’s panel guided judges and judicial candidates on the ethical rules that govern running for office in Tennessee. Paz shared war stories and best practices that he has observed from the trenches in campaign finance.
A Nashville native, Zralek has more than 20 years of experience as a commercial litigator and focuses his practice on intellectual property, business and entertainment disputes. Zralek also serves on the board of directors for the Nashville Bar Association. He regularly advises candidates, elected officials, PACs and businesses on campaign finance and election law issues.
Haynes is a veteran attorney with experience in labor and employment law, administrative law, healthcare law, and commercial and civil litigation. In 2017, Haynes was appointed to the Board of the Tennessee Registry of Election Finance, and he currently serves as board chairman.
