Families First Act - Answering Your Workplace Questions Webinar
The week of March 23, 2020, Congress passed sweeping legislation addressing the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the workplace. Under this new legislation, employers with fewer than 500 employees must provide paid sick and family leave to both full- and part-time eligible employees in certain circumstances. All businesses covered by the law must be in compliance by Thursday, April 2, when the law goes into effect.
