Five Bone McAllester Norton Attorneys Selected Best of the Bar by the Nashville Business Journal
We are honored to announce five Bone McAllester Norton attorneys were selected to the Nashville Business Journal’s Best of the Bar class of 2018. On June 26, Anne Sumpter Arney, Trace Blankenship, Anne C. Martin, Andrea P. Perry, and Stephen Zralek were recognized as some of Nashville’s top legal minds and corporate counsel.
Anne Sumpter Arney won Best of the Bar in the Health Care category. Anne has more than 30 years of experience working with Nashville healthcare companies and medical professionals, including matters related to preparing and filing Certificate of Need (CON) applications, negotiating a variety of healthcare provider contracts, and assisting clients with matters that arise from the complex healthcare laws. She regularly advises her healthcare clients on business law and transactional issues, as well as assisting them in navigating ever changing healthcare laws and regulations.
Trace Blankenship won Best of the Bar in the Corporate and Securities category. He is a corporate attorney and one of the initial members of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC. For over 20 years, he has regularly advised and counseled boards of directors, chief executives, and entrepreneurs on the strategy, structure, and execution of significant business transactions in the life cycle of a company. The Nashville Business Journal has said, “If one of Trace Blankenship’s clients has a big decision to make, you can bet he has a seat at the table.”
Anne C. Martin won Best of the Bar in the Labor and Employment category. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law, representing both employers and employees. Anne has successfully litigated complex business matters for a variety of companies and individuals resulting in the best solution for her clients.
Andrea P. Perry won Best of the Bar in the Real Estate category. She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, general corporate, entertainment, and tax-exempt organizations. As a real estate attorney, Andrea regularly handles matters related to the conveyance, acquisition, and development of commercial property, both new development and construction.
Stephen Zralek won Best of the Bar in two categories, Litigation and Dispute and Intellectual Property. Having practiced over 20 years, Stephen is a commercial litigator who focuses on intellectual property, business and entertainment disputes.
