Paul Kruse Talks to the Tennessean about Kraft Foods Ruling

Bone McAllester Norton attorney Paul Kruse discussed the first round of a trademark dispute between Kraft Foods and Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores in today’s Tennessean. The preliminary injunction will keep Cracker Barrel products off grocery shelves for now.

“Right now, the power is certainly tilted toward Kraft, and Cracker Barrel has a lot of legal work ahead of it,” Kruse said.”
