Tennessee Business Court Panel Discussion on November 4th with Stephen Zralek
Make plans to attend the Tennessee Business Court panel discussion with Chancellor Anne Martin on Monday, Nov. 4. The discussion will feature Bone McAllester Norton’s own Stephen Zralek, along with Nashville attorneys Erin Palmer Polly, Tim Warnock and Brigid Carpenter, and will be moderated by Hon. W. Neal McBrayer, Court of Appeals.
The Tennessee Supreme Court recently assigned Chancellor Martin to hear cases for the Business Court Pilot Project, effective Nov. 1. Originally established in 2015, the Business Court Pilot Project is designed for Tennessee businesses and citizens with complex or unique questions regarding business law, according to the Supreme Court’s announcement.
Chancellor Martin is a former Bone McAllester Norton attorney, where she concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law.
Stephen Zralek has spent over two decades helping clients resolve complex disputes involving class actions, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, trade secrets, non-compete violations, defamation, domain disputes, and disputes in the business and entertainment arenas.
